Info on Watch Pieces

Pretty sure that P is a Pierre Cardin logo.

I would agree.

 

It is.....never seen it on a watch, but we made a million neckties with that logo....

 

A quick search shows someone listing Pilex Co. case/crown/crystal sets, without any logos, for $16/ea on eBoo. I also found a few other complete Pilex Co., rather low end, advertising/novelty watches.
According to wikipedia, the Cardin brand was licensed extensively in the late 1980s.

nothing else than cheap fashion stuff.
I'd list it as a complete lot without mentioning the name.

especially as it is one of the most faked...

 

The last ones are stainless backs but base metal cases, so cheaper watches or older watches , certainly not "true" divers watches or meant to be subject to large amounts of water : 7006A is a 1980's Seiko automatic movement , a workhorse reliable movement ......Pilex Company is a Hong Kong case .... the all stainless case looks like a "cushion" shape .... how many MM side to side are they ? There are some 33MM ones on Eboo which at that size I would say are women's watches .....

 

Somebody on Eboo says they are a 60's company, I think that it is a 70's company based on the yellow pages "let your fingers do the walking " logo on this watch :
