The birds and the Green Man do not look tribal.

The birds look like alabaster or marble. Most likely alabaster. My thinking is Italian. Are the eyes glass?

Yes eyes look like glass, I took bird pics out as someone said not tribal. I'll post questions in the general.

I think the mask is Japanese. I cannot find the one I see in my head...but here is an example

Yep, satyr. Like a Greek theatrical mask, this one.
