Doubt it. Much more recent, probably the last few years.

 

Found one in eBay completed auctions described as 1960s. Seems like a knowledgeable seller, but she does note she's not infallible.

This vintage 1960s hinged clamper bracelet has huge light brown teardrop open-back rhinestones accented with open-back light and dark brown and amber faceted and cabochon navette, teardrop and chaton rhinestones in a goldtone setting. Chunky and spectacular. A real show-stopper! The rhinestones are brilliant with lots of sparkle and the color is rich and bright. All the stones are prong set in shiny goldtone metal. No stones are missing and the piece is not worn.

I'm deeply unconvinced about that age attribution. Back construction and prong shape is all wrong for the 60s.

 

I don't know Bear, this looks 1960's-70's to me, the dog tooth prongs look were very popular then but maybe I'm missing something ?

 

Belle Etoile uses those prongs occasionally today, but the rest of the construction is all wrong for Belle Etoile, so no help there................

I see a lot of people are listing these as Juliana Delizza and Elster, but after looking at Juliana D and E identification tutorials on some vintage jewelry sites, I don't think they truly are. The metal part of the bracelet is not right.

Here is one with a lengthy description saying why it "is" D&E Juliana, but the pics that show the metal work of the frame and findings aren't there any more.
