Birmingham Sterling Salt Pepper Shakers

If not wrong the date code is "i" for 1908 but can't make maker's mark or whatever it is. Any idea?

 

Take a look at the first of the 3 marks listed here for Horace Woodward & Co. Ltd. You don't have a lot to go on, but it may be enough. And I agree on 1908.

The mark that I've shown is the best out of all four. The rest of the pieces are badly punched and you can barely see anything.

 

Maker has no impact on value of these. Very common and sell for not much more than scrap here.
