Good morning! Looking for help to ID this pink fine ribbed glass item.
    Base is about 4 3/8" diameter, top is 3 1/4" diameter, about 2 7/8" tall. DSCN1885.JPG DSCN1886.JPG DSCN1887.JPG DSCN1888.JPG

Held a candle and a glass globe fitted over it - globe usually had flowers printed on it - sort of 1980's Country Style (no further comment........)

I had one that was a gift - and it is possibly up in the garret right now..........

I lied - it was in the basement with the "patio" stuff:

sorry for the dust/dirt - getting down there was taxing enough without having to handle it too!!!!!!

WoW!!! Thanks for the extra effort for the ID, I really appreciate it.
So it would date to the 80's I'm assuming from your response.
It is certainly a beautiful color pink, very remindful of Heisey's Flamingo.
I picked it up at a thrift store, couldn't resist because of the color and
    the puzzling intention of use.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, I received it in the late 80's. Its actually rather practical for use outdoors, but its not really to my taste. And I agree, the colour is nice, and somewhat unusual as well.
