  1. Good Morning!
I'm new to this site, so I hope I have the right board. I'm not sure where else you would ask questions about decorative compacts. I don't want to rewrite my whole introduction, mostly because I don't want to bore anyone! Short background: I write a blog and make YouTube videos on vintage and antique things. My last blog post was on decorative compacts. The research was surprisingly more interesting than I thought it would be! I'm prepping to make a video on it now. I wonder if some of you might be willing to look at my post and let me know if you think I missed any major information I should include in the video?
    TIA!!!

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

Very nice! Well-written and done with a style that's very engaging and... philosophical yet light-hearted. I like it!

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Auntietinasantiques, It looks very good. I know nothing about compacts, though. Compact questions could be posted here, but also the one called Antique Discussion is the catch-all for topics that are not covered in more specific areas. So that always will work.

Nice blog, Auntietinasantiques ... easy to read. You've got some lovely compacts ... they're one of the pretty-girly-things that I'm attracted to. I'm not very knowledgeable about them (I just let them in my house when they speak to me), so I look forward to seeing your video :) .
