I think you are right. It's a bracelet.

 

Funky bracelet. Are there any marks, or do you just want to show it off?

 

No marks found. Not to show off but more to check if someone can suggest maker, origin, age etc.

 

Looks like a Stephen Webster to me. but for the "stones".

 

Check Webster's Jewels Verne Bonafide collection. If so, they may be white sapphires. The SW mark is very small and usually on one of the spines.

 

Had to look up Webster's Jewels Verne collection, hadn't heard of it before. Very interesting pieces! Nice!

Can't help with the maker on this, but in photo #2 that plastic stretch cord makes me think this is not a higher end piece. It has a cool look, though. Could be wrong, just seeing a lot of newer low end stuff with that stretch cord.

 

Can't find any mark but it is possible I've missed it if any as there are too many link to check.
The stone looks like CZ's or maybe glass. Not sure of the metal either.
