image.jpg image.jpg Any idea how was the decoration made? Were those inserted?

Looks like Malachite and something else (white), was some how pieced to the outside. Sorry, can't tell you how they did it.

Pressed malachite and mother of pearl. Very new.

What do you mean by pressed? Like how were they pressed into the stone?

The whole thing is pressed. It's pieces of malachite and other stone/MOP bonded together. Bit like plywood. Yours looks as though it's been bonded to a composite backing.

It falls into my "if you like it, wear it" category of jewelry. It's not highly valuable, but it looks good.

I've quite a few pressed malachite bangles - indeed, worn for the look, I love the colour.

So it was something like stone dust mixed with bonding material and pressed?

The stone chips are just that. They look "right". They're fragments left over from making other things. The manufacturer put them in a mold and poured the resin in after.

Oh, the bangle is resin. I got fooled that it is carved stone.
That explains the burst bubbles marks.
