Sterling Pendants

Hi,
I bought a bunch of these little pendants - all are marked 925, the weight for each one ranges between 30-35 grams, the rabbit is 1"H and holding a piece with Chinese characters on it
I'm not finding these anywhere - has anyone seen these before?
Any information appreciated.

Do you think they're too big to be hung on a charm bracelet?

 

Are they perhaps Chinese zodiac animals? (You know, year of the rabbit, year of the rat...)

I must admit I never even thought of charms, they could be!
Yes, I wondered about them being Zodiac animals but couldn't find any the same.

 

I like your idea, C! So we have a rabbit and a rat and a snake(?) on the left in Pic 1. But I can't figure out the one on the right. Some kind of long-haired thing? But with a fish's tail? Maybe pics of that one from other angles and closer would help?

 

I also like the zodiac idea for these charms. That one on the far right certainly is a mystery. The only guess I have is a dog such as a Pekingese with that floor length coat, but the ears don't seem right as well as not having the pushed in nose, face, of a Pekin. Another mystery, what are they holding and why? The rat is dragging a sack of something, the rabbit is holding a writing tablet and the dog, if a dog, is holding a bottle (snuff, perfume, ??), but can't figure out what the snake has.

Anything modern Chinese marked as silver needs a thorough testing to see if it is silver.
