Am I Chicago ?

Hi all. Picked this up today,thinking it was a pen/ink before I saw the series numbers. I guess that makes it a lithograph? In my defense,it had slid a little behind the mat so I didnt see them. Cant makehead or tails of the siggie. Any input is appreciated, even if its " Fool" !

It's the Michigan Ave. bridge (over the Chicago River, main branch) looking north to the Wrigley building (left) and Tribune Tower (right), Illinois Center in the right foreground.

Illinois Center may help you date it - built sometime in the late 1960"s, early 1970's??? Had an office there for years.

 

I'd say serigraph..

Can't remember the name of the building in the centre right top, with the slanted roof, but that is relatively new, so you may be able to draw a better date from that.

The more I look at it, there is something hinkey about the skyline "at the top", but I can't put my finger on whatever it is. A missing, misplaced, or nonexistent building................
