What to call this rainbow stone again?

    I think this is likely early 1900s. Marcasites around the side. 935 silver.
    Looks like a clear crystal with three colors added mostly towards the top. Can only see the green from the bottom.

    Iris rhinestone. Or close enough; they're generally striped, but the colors are right.
