Not sure what more anyone can tell you beyond what you can see and what the label tells you. Mounted on masonite. "Prent op doek" translates to "print on canvas." Assume that's Flemish and as title given in French suspect origin was Belgium. 1960s as to age, a period when this work was particularly popular and widely reproduced. And a perfect example of why we always ask to see photographs of the back of artwork. Thank you for providing.

I should add that, although charming, this would be considered a decorative piece and monetarily valued as such. Here's the original for all to compare. It's in the Tate, of course.

I do understand what you mean with all the copy's, but I have never seen this license symbol. I also don't know the meaning of the words,... kat 255-

I don't think that's a license symbol. Think it's the retailer's logo. The 255- looks like a price. Or it could be, along with "kat." an inventory code.

It must just be the logo from the frame shop?

    Okay everyone.
I find your various comments very interesting. The original remains the best, of course, but hey.... a nice copy is not ugly either!
    I got it for € 12.50 purchased.
