    Circa 1870, Renaissance Revival. Looks to be walnut. Pulls are probably not original.

    The pulls and the glove boxes on the top are not original.

    Followup question do you think the raised panels on the drawers are original?

    The panels would be original but I have my doubts about the brass pulls as well as the porcelain knobs. Those pulls, while old, are more typical of furniture a decade or two later. Your terminology leads me to believe that you are probably in the UK. Perhaps, those pulls are typical for your location but would not be here in the US.

    I would typically expect wood pulls such as this......
