Love Antiques :)

Hi Thank you for adding me to your antiquers group. I am a long time "antiquer." And, as you all know once you get the bug..Anyway I particularly Love Victorian, Japanese, MCM, hmm pretty much all. I run an Etsy shop, so I am often trying to identify items I come across at yard sales, estate sales, auctions. And if I can help anyone else identify, locate an item, would be happy to do so

Passing thought, How DID you find us? I am growing increasingly curious about the way the increasing membership has come across "us"..........

Why, I remember back in the day when there were only a dozen members and we all had to walk three miles one way to post a question and four miles back to the answer, and....................

"Curious" soul that I am, I add my 2 cents to Mansons' question. What were you looking for when you came across Antiquers?

 

Hi Phyllis, and WELCOME!! You should LOVE it here!!! We also have a lot of fun while exchanging and dissecting information!!!! When posting pictures, 1MB is the size limit, 10 images per post, and when you upload the files, the very TOP IMAGE lets you click to "post every image FULL SIZE"....MUST DO!!!!! You also will find, most of the 'experts' here would like close ups, several angles, dimensions, and any other information you can provide about the object in question.....that should get you off to a great start!!!
