Featured Sapphire + Peridot 14k Bar pin..... Input?

I saw this bar pin earlier but did not buy it because I don't know much about sapphires nor peridots. Any input is appreciated!! They are asking $149 and it is 14k. I am not even sure if they are real stones or not....

 

The stones are dirty,but appears to have air bubbles.

 

Lovely! That green color looks more like tourmaline, to me.
Plus, the elongated cut is more common for tourmaline.
What do you think?
Also, I think I see inclusions and color zoning in the sapphires.
But I'm just going by the photos. So I may be wrong........
Maybe it just needs cleaning.

 

No color zoning in the blue stones,they were poorly faceted and it's called a fish eye effect.

 

When looking at the sapphires as a whole, I can see variation in color. The far left stone in the first photo seems to have inclusions that could mean natural sapphires.
