ESTATE SALE FIND - BRONZE OR BRASS? YOUNG BLACK HAREM? SLAVE? BOY STATUE

    I found this at a estate sale today & when the lady said $35 I bought it.
    Now all I need to know is what is it?! The only thing I know is it is 16" tall, otherwise I'm just guessing.
    Any info would be greatly appreciated!

    The tall piece with bell/flower at top is hollow - would you fill it with water or oil & float a candle in it for a lamp?
