Old Buffet Help Needed

I am thinking bidding on this piece of furniture to keep and not for resale. I just like the look of it! Anyway, what can you tell me about it and if you could suggest a price to pay, I would appreciate it.

 

Guesses victorian era French buffet, i like the beveled glass doors.
How much should you pay? as little as you can! That's how i approach these things in my little world, how much are they asking or what's the estimate?

Where are you, the buffet located? Europe?
This is way out of my field of interest but if you follow the guide "How to Get the Best Response" listed at top of furniture forum, you'll get better results and more replies.

OK, USA! The buffet drawer side is oak so i don't think this piece is american, also the elongated hinges on doors.
Wait for others to post that are more familiar with this style, more photos would help if available, the back for example.

Late French Rococo Revival, looks Victorian but I don't think so. It looks more like a 1940s revival piece.
