I shudder to think why anyone would want a "life size" (life-sized) poster of any person................

Walk into any place that does posters etc. Ask them if they can do life size posters. When they say "Yes" Hand them a world map. ;)

I'm wondering if some of that amber isn't lucite or bakelite. The green beads certainly look like bakelite or catalin to be exact.

Well yesterday I broke one of my rules as well. I usually try to avoid items with severe damage but this crock, which has a hole drilled in the bottom, was too tempting to pass up and it was cheap too (due to the damage). Oh well ........ still ok for a decorative piece. What do you guys think?

Ruth, I can't decide what the green ones are. I do suspect something like Bakelite from the look and feel. The amber ones are certainly amber. I do own some modern dyed amber in odd colours, but that green isn't it.
