So far I can't find an identical piece. The design reminds me a bit of Roman glass but I am not able to tell age. I don't think that it is Mexican glass but I could be wrong.
19th century American, 19th century other, vintage mass produced, more recent studio piece ...?

I'm leaning towards Mexico. The thickness, bubbles, the base, it all looks like pieces made in Mexico.

Could be Mexico. Not sure about the thickness but bubbles can be seen on older pieces, right? Some with quite a lot. What's with the base that have a Mexican glass look?

Some glass pieces from Mexico have that very rough pontil scar with lots of bubbles. Older glass can have bubbles but usually not that many. It just looks like the glass pieces I've seen in the markets in Mexico. I could be wrong.

I was cleaning out some shelves for another yard sale and I found these three shot glasses from Mexico. Rough pontil scars and a lot of of bubbles.
