    Well... Frigona is a place in Italy...

    Is that other entry "Orig. Rad"?

    That's about all I have... the image somewhat makes me think of the Sydney Opera House, but... nahhhhh!

    It's been found in the Netherlands but I think the sailing boats are more like the Egyptian boats . So maybe from a middle east artist ?

    The sailing boats are gaff rigged sloops, decidedly West European.
