I would love to get some help identifying this drawing(?). I just recently acquired it and would love to get some information on it. I tried google and some of the other art sites but I could not find anything like this or with that name. Its such a unique piece that I know there has to be a story to it.
    Thank you,
    Mary

Look up Nancy Strailey. Could be a print. I can't really tell from here.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I haven't been able to get in contact with her yet and haven't been able to find any other information. I work in the health field and its been a "little" crazy the last few days.
I am definitely working on it this weekend and ya'll will be the first to know what I find out.
    Thanks!!!

    Amazing Update!
I actually called the number on their website and Mr. Strailey answered. He spoke with me for over an hour and that was the most interesting conversation I have ever had. Truly epic life that he and his wife have had. He said I can email him a picture and he will tell me the history of the drawing if it is one of theirs.
Will let you know what I hear.

Yes, that is amazing! Especially amazing that somebody answered their phone when they didn't know who it was. Most people screen their calls these days. He sounds like a nice guy. And they both create art... so it might be either his or hers? Interesting!

    Final Update
    Results- It is a Strailey
For anyone interested in details- Mrs. Strailey did this in the 1970's and it is a drawing of the Penn State Nittany Lion Shrine. She and her husband went to Penn State and Mr. Strailey also identified another drawing that I have of the Sigma Pi House at Penn State that he was a member of. He explained the history as this- Mrs. Strailey did a series of fraternity architectural drawings in the 1970's before she began the carousel period.
Thanks again for the assistance, I think it really adds to the beauty of the pieces once you know the history.
