Silver pendant/trophy identification?

Hi guys

I have googled everything I can think of to identify this pendant/trophy but cannot. My mum thinks that 'Tom Anderson' may be her great grandfather but I was wondering if anyone had any insight?

According to the inscription on the back, it appears it was an award for an 1899 Billiard Handicap competition for the town of Hutcheson. Probably used as a watch fob. The British silver hallmarks on the back meanings:

Lion passant - British silver purity for .925 (sterling)
Date letter code "y" - 1898
City mark, anchor - Birmingham

The punch with "CES" is the maker's mark for Charles Edward Soloman

I have tried to find a town named Hutcheson with no luck for the spelling is odd at least to this old lady. Finally searched using Hutchesontown. Bingo, found a Hutchesontown as a district of Glasgow, Scotland. You no doubt already knew this as probably all the Britishers on the forum.

BTW, thumbnail pics in messages are often ignored, not looked, at by many because they haven't the time to click them or it is awkward to do so using smartphones. When inserting pics click the Full Image bottom next to the pics. Also cropping pics does help and makes them easier to see.

As a thing it is a very typical watch fob of the period. Silver ones usually fetch about £5 to £10 depending on location and any special interest features.
