African mask from ?

    Is that some sort of tag on it? No wear around face on inside of mask. Would it actually fit on a face? Check out the holes. If they're perfect, they were drilled. If they are messy they were chiseled or hand drilled. Chiseled good! Worn interior good. Can't tell you a tribe or if it's African, but I think it looks too shallow to have been used in ritual. But dang, what's on that tag?
