OMGoodness, I have been busy at work but you guys have been busy treasure hunting!!!! I LOVE that pink stove..... and the panther bookends, and Terry, what a sterling find!!!! This is some stuff I got over the summer, haven't had time to upload the photos.
Just some old pot metal dress clips, need a few stones, I always pick them up

These Pauline Rader beads are from that last estate sale (so were the dress clips)

The ivory necklace here is mixed with black plastic beads (hard to believe.) It was a dollar at the last community yard sale. I am conflicted about picking up ivory, but someday I hope to donate it to a museum that stresses the importance of animal preservation.....a reminder of what should not be done to disappearing wildlife....amazing it was so abundant at one time it was actually mixed with plastic beads.

And this was an antique mall overlooked item.... just marked "pearl necklace," it is a Fendi pearl necklace.

That picture makes it look like lapis to me too. All I found today was dog treats; we went to my sister's for lunch, and my niece has a small dog who likes to eat.

Went to an antique mall this weekend and added a few items to my collection/hoard! The vase is Nelson McCoy but the antique mall dealer didn't realize it and priced it fairly low ..... score!

    Ha! My point indeed!
The only thing I'm looking for now is a jacket patch in regard to my navy service as a part-time fireman.

250 miles to an auction today. I bid thousands, won nothing. All I got was photos.

This is where I climbed years ago. The little black bits below are medium sized TVs thrown over.
I used to go about 50 feet down in here. Probably full of garbage now.
The rocks in the water are about the size of Smart cars.
The white puff is Reserve Mining or whatever they call it now. On a clear day you could just barely see Split Rock Lighthouse beyond.
Off in the mist this way would be Grand Marais.
Wisconsin is below the horizon here.

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

    Woooooowwwww...
Great views... so rugged and so beautiful. Why would people dump stuff there?
Cuz that's what people do, I guess.
    Thanks for the selfie!

Some people are pigs and should hold on to the TV when they throw it over.

i cut the cords off now before i throw them lol, that way people don't bring them back to me to try and fix . (at the dump of coarse ). it reminds me of the song Alice's Restaurant by Arlo Gunthrie
