Could someone please help me with identification of these porcelain markings?

Is this the "A" on the bottom of your plate you're referring to?? Sometimes my program distorts the images it's trying to enlarge....

I do not think your plate is Bow.
If this is your plate, it has new decals on it, not hand painted.


If you turn your mark over, I see a W over a 9 over a V

The maker of the blank is not important, just the decorator. In this case, the decoration is a mass-produced decal, so....
