Price on rope bed

This ones a little out of my wheel house as you dont see them very often.

Rice beds Ive seen go pretty cheap at auction, but they are pretty different.

Im putting this one in my booth at retail price.
What would yall suggest on it?

 

Nice bed! Without knowing your market, it is hard to say. Here in my semi-rural Midwest neck of the woods, it would probably be in the $350-450.00 range. You might have to sit on it awhile in that price range and/or come down a bit to sell it. We still have some country/primitive buyers here but this is way down from what it would have been 10 years or so ago.

 

Country primatives seem to do well here, at least at auction.
I've never tried them retail, but I've seen them command some pretty high prices (mostly cupboards, armoires, tables, and desks)

They had $395 on it at the estate sale I got it from, but it was in a dark corner of a shed
At estate sales it's going to be harder to put it infront of the right audience in 3 days, at that price anyways
