My gfs father bought us this coffee from Salvation Army I assume but I'm unable to find out anything besides the maker.

It's a Weiman coffee table and underneath it says: Weiman heirloom quality 5419324

    I'd guess about 1960-70

That's what I was thinking based on the colors and finish. Everything I've seen by Weiman on Google is pretty expensive. I'm just curious of maybe what the value of this would be? It's in pretty good condition considering.

Just a little background information you might be interested in regarding Weiman furniture. It is the ninth furniture company entry on the link provided below and it specifically references the "heirloom quality" wording used by Weinman.;)

Yeah it is. Seems like a piece somebody would repaint and sell as an upcycle. But it's vintage at least and I couldn't do that. I have a Reaser dining table that I've never been able to find anything about.

Also sorry for the terrible quality. My flat is just very dark.

Is the yellow piece of furniture a desk? Guessing it is. Hard to see the first posted photo.

In general, give additional views in your photos, clear and well lit if possible, and click on "full image" so images go in text. This is helpful for everyone.

From what I can see, the desk has kind of an unusual cool 60's/70's look - where I live, there would be some interest if in perfect shape, but I'm in a pretty urban area.

Also, if you want to ask about a different item (the table), convention is to start a new post. Thanks!

Lucille.b, he says the first ["yellow"] item is a "coffee table." ;)

60s-70s is right. There would be no interest in that finish in my neck of the woods (semi-rural Midwest). Painted shabby white, it would fly out the door. Value still is low. Under $50.00 as is. Painted up, somewhere around $100.00. Might do better or less where you live and selling venue.

The dining table is a mahogany double pedestal Duncan Phyfe style. Probably 40s-50s.

Thanks Yourturn. There it is, clear as day. I guess I just looked at the photo! Thank you.

As a coffee table, less value here. Although it would get snatched up if it was at the thrift as being sort of an unusual look. We have a lot of students that like that sort of thing. Oddly for us, the yellow would be the selling point.

Lucille.b, when I looked at the first photo I thought it was a fancy bed tray with two drawers for holding "stuff." ;) :hilarious:
