I just keep coming back to this image - it intrigues me - so very well done........I have to keep convincing myself that it is indeed only two dimensional..........

Fubby stuff...on my way home tonight, I stopped at a light , turned my head and saw the same horse ...in metal...in a homes front window.
I had to do a double take....same tail, mane, lifted front leg, thickness of body, the works !
I couldn't tell exactly what it was....& may have to revisit that drive !!!

 

Gosh this is beautiful. I am a sucker for anything equine. I think it has an Asian look to it but I really don't have much else to offer. The bobtail is what gives me that impression.

 

I have this exact same print! Found your conversation when I was trying to locate info about it. It has been in my family for years and I've always loved it.

 

It looks so "Roman" to me!!!!!! Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
