Help with Identification - Chair

    I have acquired the attached chair and I'm trying to identify the maker.

    Any help and or direction to look in would be wonderful. Thank you

    Circa 1890 - quasi-Eastlake. Probably never find the maker and it really doesn't make much difference who made it.

    It may have been caned before the wood seat and back were attached.
    Are there holes circling where the wood is, underneath or on the back?
