French post impressionism?

    Hello,
    I am new to you group and was over the moon exiceted to find this site. My hubby and I dabble in antiques and art.
    We purchased these three paintings through auction and I was curious to see if anything is known about them or the artist. They remind me of Fernand Leger's In my mother's garden. The artist is from France and the Lannion France. His name is Yves Seger and it was his son who consigned the paintings to the auction house.
    They are beautiful and professionally framed in Europe.

    There's almost nothing about this artist on the French internet. Just that he's from Lannion, France as you've noted and exhibited in Trégor with a group of artists in the late 1990s.

    Interesting. You look up Lannion online and you see photos very like that first painting.
