    Hello,
This bell has a lavender hue, moreso than pink. My research hasn't turned up any lavender Navarre pieces. Was lavender a color in this line?
    Thanks!

Thanks for your reply! I think Heather is a pattern, rather than a color.

Navarre is the name for a Fostoria etch #327; I can't make out the details in your image to compare (but I do see the etch name on the label)… this bell, as with most, was made from a stemmed piece. This is a Fostoria #6016 stem which was made with different colored bowls. Color appearance can vary under different lighting conditions; Fostoria's wisteria is an example. "R" does have examples of this stem in various colors for comparison; they also show various etches:

So, the answer to your original question is YES, there was a lavender color in the Navarre line...(even if I didn't know what is was:rolleyes:)

Don't forget, Fostoria sold the "Navarre" pattern to Lenox in 1983, and Lenox continued production of the stemware for four more years. The Lenox-produced stemware is often "signed" Lenox, and the pink color appears to be somewhat different from Fostoria's pink." per this website

Lenox used the same stem for Navarre as in the photo from flipper

Have you checked to see if this is Alexandrite or neodymium glass? It would appear blue under a fluorescent light and pinky lavender under natural light. I think each glass maker had a name for their color changing glass. Most folks call it Alexandrite across the board, but I don't know what Fostoria called theirs.
