    I think it has a sterling mark on the bail. That's more likely than gold, given the style and the stones. It appears to be fairly modern Indian work, as in India.

    Possibly JUST under the BIG stone??????? The rest tends to look like shading....

    Agree, probably made in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. And as the others said, chrysoprase and peridot, set in sterling silver.
