Celluloid Charm - Bavarian Man?

I have this celluloid charm, but I'm not sure what the character is supposed to be. A bavarian character? I can't tell if he's holding something or just has his hands on his belt. Any useful key words would be helpful.

 

OK, Bavarian guy was a stupid guess. The hat made me think of that, but now looking at pictures, the rest doesn't even come close.

Maybe he's not meant to represent anything in particular, but still curious to see if it strikes a chord with anyone.

LOL. IDK, the more I look at it, the more I think he's wearing a smoking jacket of some sort.

 

So maybe that is a pipe and not a gun he's holding in his hand.

Hmmm, I guess it could be a gnome, but they didn't make his hat very pointy. Then again some of examples in your next post on the google search show lots that don't have a real pointy hat.

I guess I'll just use a bunch of keywords and hope that something sticks. "Elf in smoking jacket, gnome, bavarian guy...." LOL.

 

If I wasn't so tired, I'd do a search to find a website I used to have bookmarked to check out for collectors of charms, cereal prizes and Crackerjack prizes. It's a terrific website and you might find your guy. Maybe tomorrow.
