    Today's puzzle for you antiquers is an old chamber pot {You can't tell me this isn't old Haha!}
    I know, 20200213_112750.jpg I'm not good at taking photos. There appears to be some writing on the logo on the bottom of the pot but I can't make anything out.

    That would be pretty messy if you did your business on the bottom of the pot.

    Likely goes this way. Was it purchased in England?

    Possibly but I don't know that. I thought that looked British too.

    I've been looking, but trying to find with only a crown to go on - no clear words or place names in sight - is a very slow process.

    Possibly US? Crown Potteries Company, Evansville, IN?

    Close, Don. But Lehner shows only 1 crown of this general shape for them (out of five total marks with a crown pictured) and it only has the word REX below the crown and nothing above. Maybe there is something else out there that she did not include.

    So, just trying to reduce some crazing distractions, while increasing contrast..... maybe someone can make SOME sense out of the scant decipherable letters??? NOT very pretty, but best I could do without touching the letters!!! HA!!! IF you can actually SEE any letters!!! GOOD luck!!

    It does look like the top letters a ? P CO. and that the last of the bottom is a letter O by itself. Possibly something in Ohio?

    Yup. Strange though with "Warranted" on the bottom. Warranted "what?"

    As Don says, Crown Pottery Co. of Evansville, 1905-1915 for this mark. It sometimes said Semi-Porcelain under the Warranted, so that's probably all it meant.
