Funky modern steampunk figure sculpture--name help

    This was a GW piece, kinda hesitated as it isn't exactly my thing, but just odd enough, made with an antique shoe form, old industrial base, arms made out of antique silverplate utensils etc., decided to grab it as price was low.

    Also do you think that "Judy" on the side of the shoe would have been original?

    Any help with the signature on the back? Stacy __________?

    I kept seeing "Smith..." something. Great eye solving that signature!

    Googling others, jeez one gallery had something similar from her for $875, no illusions this is going to fetch anything like that, would settle for a fraction...
