Help with European .800 mark on vase

Bought this neat little .800 vase for a little under melt. Was hoping I would be able to identify the maker once I got it. I have no idea though. Maybe someone here will? Kind of looks like a face but it’s probably not. Guessing it’s European but I could be wrong. It’s only about 4” so I guess it’s called a bud vase? I’ve seen somewhat similar examples from Italy and Germany which makes sense given the .800 mark. Saw one described as being Indonesian that was somewhat similar too. Hoping someone with a more experienced silver eye has seen it before and will recognize it!

That first picture is rather dark and does not show the whole item. Any chance of a better picture or 2?

From what little I do see, my first guess would be South or Central America. But that is just a guess.

Colonial in style. I would think Latin America too. One of the Andean countries perhaps.
