OMG. I see it, too. A little dog in the "play with me" posture, LOL!

YESSS!!!! No clue why I can't find him again!!!!! However, my eyes are at half mast, and I don't want the iPad slipping off my lap whilst I slip off to slumber land !!! Will post different angles at a much more decent hour since it's already tomorrow!!!

So, here come 3 more....it's easy to see with the naked eye, but harder to catch on camera!!! The bottom picture shows the difference the best.....There's some "rippling" about 1/3 of the way down from the top as well.....Top and Bottom show that the best......it's strange.....now I want to go find that dog again!!!!!

Looks very much like a New England Glass Company antique (based on the millefiori canes), but I have never seen anything like this.

There's something about a child named Charlotte........

It is hard to tell from the picture. Paperweights are made in the layers. A paperweight like this would have a clear layer under the canes and sulphide and another encasement layer over the entire design. You may be looking at the line between the two layers. Or, you may have a little fracturing due to incompatibilities between the two layers and the sulphide itself.

I think you are thinking about a "Frozen Charlotte".I believe that's what they call the little doll that comes in the Mardi Gras Cakes.

    Hi,
Do you still have the doll paperweight? I would be interested in it if you do. Thanks, Rob G.
