Featured 800 silver place card holder dog...russian? french?

Hello! Hoping someone could help me id these marks on this hunting dog card holder.

star over shield with 'C F', and a mark that may be a boars head (it's so tiny...i'm not certain.

The mark to the left is probably the Austria-Hungary "dog head" for 800 silver, 1867-1922. There might be a city letter in there but since it is mis-struck it might not show.

edit: Or maybe Italy, Fascio mark ?

 

Looks Italian to me - try for a better shot of double (or triple?) struck mark at the top, and rotate so that they aren't sideways...

It does look like a triple punched Italian cartouche by shape, but the contents are messed up. See this page for the 1934-44 and 1944-68 mark examples.

The other strange thing is that by zooming in it looks like the province letters are on the left when they should be on the right. Maybe it's upside down?

Yup, I see the 4th one now, and unfortunately nothing else. Darn.

 

Geez, it is quadruple struck, not sure I've even seen that before...

Poked around a little bit trying to find the maker's trademark, but no luck...
