ribbed Glass 11" decanter with stopper

I was hoping someone might point me in the right direction on this. I have a pair. They appear to be mold blown with polished bases. There are some small imperfections in the glass.

 

Your pictures are not very clear for me and the one doesn't show the base well.

Size is important on this item - it could be a perfume bottle or it could be a liquor decanter.

What I can tell you is that it is the wrong stopper. Look at the way it sits in the neck. It should not sit above the neck, by flush with it.

 

It is 11" as stated and is a liquor decanter. As said, I have a pair so the stoppers are different sizes and I originally photographed the wrong stopper. The pontil is ground and polished.

I looked at your other two pieces, the beaded cat bowl, and the rigaree piece.
I think you are playing stump the board.

Looks like a "pillar mold" decanter. May be flint(lead) glass. I would start with Boston and Sandwich Glass. It is a popular style made by several companies. Unfortunately these were also remade.
