The existence of print on demand copies ensures no one will buy the book for the contents if it costs any more. It is likely that buyers for this edition will be as rare as the book, making the value rather small.
Rarity does not always mean value. Demand for the item must noticeably exceed supply.
Not finding examples on the internet can often mean that no one thinks the odd copy they have is worth listing.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

The author, Mrs. Frances D. Jermain, had died in 1905. Thus the designation that this was a "memorial edition." I don't find any earlier printing of this book. Perhaps she had worked on it for a long time? Her son, Sylvanus P. Jermain, had this book published in 1906 as a memorial to his mother.

Mrs. Jermain was the superintendent of the Toledo (Ohio) public library for a while, and before that was a reference librarian there.

I see that a branch of the library was named for her for a long time. I did not investigate whether or not this is still the case.

Her son Sylvanus Jermain was very well known in Toledo during his lifetime. See this list:

All that being said, this book would probably not have much value in general, unless there was some historian of Toledo, Ohio who might be interested in it, perhaps?

I once bought a German book from 1895 for $1.00... Old and likely rare, but not worth much at all. BUT it's really pretty and looks great on my antique book shelf :)

With 600 trillion books floating about, the vast majority are good for silverfish food.
There are books 10-20 years old worth more.

Some Buddhist philosophy book I picked up at the Chinese supermarket sold for $4 on half.com, 4x what I paid for a book 150 years older haha
