Hi, thanks for having me

    Having just retired early from the rat race, I've decided to dip my toe into the vintage and antique world.

    I have no history within the family in antiques but love "old things" (don't tell the wife I said that, she'll kill me!) especially if there's a bit of a story attached. The hunt for what the story is, even if it's just to find "ooh, that's over a hundred years old" satisfies the detective in me.

    I look forward to learning from those of you who have experience of these things, and who knows, maybe in the future help others with my limited new-found knowledge.
