    Maybe because they think a dentil rim means root canals were performed with it?

    Yes well dentil can become dental very easily and then copy and paste copy and paste and hey presto it becomes the reality.:meh:

    Mystery solved. Thanks. I don't think colored one will make any difference. I doubt there are huge collectors of these.

    I wouldn’t totally dismiss it, I see some other brands on eBay, sold from $25 to $50, some brands unsold. I didn’t see any S.S. White, which might be a good thing for you.
    Someone with a S.S. White chair probably needs one.
    What color is it anyway? Looks black or mirror like in your pics.

    You're not as old as I am, so you're not expected to know this. But as soon as someone said "dental tray" I immediately pictured one in my mind from my very first dentist. No high speed drills then. The dentist would pump a pedal to get the drill going faster and faster. It was awful. And all the instruments would be arrayed on that tray. Thank goodness dentistry has changed.

    Well, I would have been a very small child then. Actually, I don't know why I was at a dentist at that age (under 10). It wasn't like my parents to take us to Drs. or Dentists if it wasn't necessary. Maybe I did something to a tooth that I'm suppressing now.
