Vulcan Cookie Tin Exotic Bird ID?

    What bird is on this cookie tin? Do you think the tin is old or newish? It measures about 7” across its bottom and is about 3” deep. The name Vulcan is stamped on the bottom.

    Goldie's bird of paradise - would guess around 1960s on age...

    At that size, good chance it was originally a fruitcake tin - we had lots of them around since some folks in my family actually like it...

    What I want is someone who wants to turn one into a banjo, but doesn't think they'll ever find one for pennies.
