The stones are very dry and dirty. Could be turquoise, could also be amazonite. Are you thinking NA? In that case it would be closer to mid-century.
Amazonite is not generally used in NA jewellery, but a clean and a touch of oil will probably give us more clues as to their true identity.:pompous:

Likely, because of the "Sterling" stamp, this isn't Native American. Our best guess, since it's so darned dirty, is that this is Southwestern tourist jewelry, with dyed Howlite stones(meant to mimic turquoise).

I've had NA pieces with known and documented NA artist's signature that say Sterling.

I'm with obb, NA jewellery from the late 70s onwards is stamped Sterling or Sterling, and some older pieces too.
I do agree that this is more likely to be general Southwestern than NA. And it could be something else entirely.

what stamp do you mean? The pictured “Sterling” is the only stamp I see. Will give it a good clean tho.

Well spotted, it looks like a Navajo style stampwork 'sunburst'. That was used a lot on 'Harvey era' jewellery, but also later.

Great job, Joe. It looks like it could be a mid-century Southwestern souvenir, possibly earlier, from the period called 'Fred Harvey Era'.

Is that oil or water I see glistening? If so, you'd better wipe that off, water can get into every crevice, and oil leaves a nasty residue. When I mentioned oil, I just meant a bit on you fingers, almost dry, to get rid of the whitish mineral extrusion layer which was caused by wrong treatment of the stone.

    Hi Joe,
It looks so much better than it was dirty.

Thoughts on the stone? Seems dark and not smooth enough for turquoise - but I’m a novice.
