Can't see well enough to attempt a call on ivory or not, but originals souvenirs of Indian big game hunting, so maybe.

Marks on pre-made parts like jump rings may or may not speak for metal used elsewhere.

 

I took it outside in the sunlight with a magnifying glass & I can't make out first part but last part in a sharper/different stamp/mark says MAY 1911? Is that a possibility on the small ring between chain & claw?

 

Could be, tiger claw jewellery was very popular at the time, especially with colonials in Asia.

 

It's not scratches; can you take a photo with a magnifier over it?
