Vintage tie clip

    The dimensions are 1 5/8" x 3/8" x 5/8"
    I added the paper clip to balance it for the picture.
    I would like to find out what this design is, its material and its decade?

    That looks 1950s-ish, Rob. It's not going to be gold, or other precious metal, unless marked as such. Condition looks a bit rough. Not much value there, I'm afraid.
