    The McKinley Act was enacted in 1891. Imports into the US had to have the country of origin. It was amended in the 1920s - items had to say "Made in" and country of origin.

    I think that says Made in England.
    The word above it probably says Wedgwood

    Should also point out that in the 1960s and after, a lot of items came in with paper labels that have since fallen off or been removed.

    Hard to tell, is this a lip on the bowl or just an optical illusion because of the blue line?

    What you circled says "made in England" but a little below that it is stamped (just like that) 11Y33

    Replacements calls this colorway Water Lily Green Multicolor.

    https://www.replacements.com/webquote/ww_walgrm.htm Unfortunately they have no stock in this pattern currently. The impressed 11Y33 (is that's what it actually is) should be Wedgwood's pattern or design number for that piece.
