Weird painting all seeing eye over passage way no idea, help id? 18 inches long 16 inches wide.

OK...
It's a painting of a doorway looking out onto a garden.
It's on canvas....with a stretcher... with 8 staples holding it down.
The technique I can only describe as modern abstract realism .
The signature , if there is one...is obscured by variations in the textured paint.
I'd say it was done within the last 22.346 years , and current market value would be somewhere in the $ 1 to $ 27.62 range.

The paint is most likely dry by now !

 

I agree with doorway looking out. No additional guesses.

 

If I had a damp spot on the wall I'd hang it facing the damp spot.

 

To me it has a cathedral-ish look. Like an arched hallway leading to a covered outdoor walkway with arched 'windows'.
