Father With Child Painting

Again, no signature found. The style somewhat looks familiar but probably by unknown artist. What are they, Mid Eastern?

 

An observation. The man's face is done is somewhat realistic manner with more details. The boy's face is more simple and a bit impressionistic. And the hand is a mess. I wonder if the artist rushed the painting after he did the man's face or that's how he wanted it.

 

It is likely an unfinished work.
