Help With Sterling Mark B in Hexagon Shape

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out who made this sterling locket, which has a B in Hexagon shape and sterling. I've found a couple with the same mark and they say it is a Birks mark but I can't find anything to confirm this. Hoping someone will know.

Mary, I checked all the usual places, including 2 jewelry marks sites I have bookmarked. I'm sorry, I struck out.

 

Just to toss it out there: might be a Birks mark.

You are in Canada, aren't you? That makes it all the more likely it's Birks.

 

Wait! Googling sterling B in a Hexagon.....comes up with Birks of Canada?

thanks Sue & Bob. I just found this info, mark is for Burkhardt Jewellers, now I'll have to see if they made pieces for Birks.

Do you find most of your stuff in your neck of the woods? I may have to spend some time there next time I head to Quadra (Which I dont see happening any time soon LOL)

 

@desperate_fun most of my stuff is found on the Island, every year I try and get in a couple of trips to the US or east coast. I also have a barn full of stuff - every now and then I go out and haul out some boxes and go through them, always find a goodie or two. Let me know next time you are heading to Quadra, I have a small store here that is jam packed with stuff, lol.

Hey @cxgirl I have figured out where this hallmark is from. Do you have any idea when your perdant was made?
